We purchased this asset as a 917 sq ft 2x1 bath home originally constructed in 1940, located in
the historic inner-loop neighborhood of Lindale Park. This home sat vacant for and was in very
bad condition, our approach led us to go beyond our normal down to the stud renovation, in fact
we could only save about 16 LF of the original wall studs and around 600 sq foot of the original
foundation. We wanted to keep this home true to its original construction style, being built just 3
short years after the development of the neighborhood, we took our time carefully designing the
home to ensure we paid homage to the Craftsman Bungalows that are so prevalent in the neighborhood.
