We purchased this asset as a 1613 sq ft 3x1 bath home originally constructed in 1910, in the
rapidly regentrifying area of the Historic Near Northside. We designed the house to be 1975
square feet, 3-bedroom, 3 bathrooms. This project underwent complete renovation, down to the
studs, except for saving the original 1910 staircase and original siding on the gable end to retain
the historical significance
