We found Vaughn on accident, we were touring a property to add to our rental portfolio and
realized we were sleeping on what I consider a hidden gem of an area that was quietly
redeveloping. The property is located just outside of the loop, 10 minutes from downtown with
easy access to the North Loop, Hardy Toll Road, US 59 and I-45. We purchased the 18740
square foot lot, and started the pre-development process, working with top the Architects and
Engineers in the City of Houston, we replatted the lot into 7 individual lots and began
construction on 7 homes.
